Good value, everything was nice and the staff was exceptionally pleasant. I loved the continental breakfast and the special service. The location was historic and had exceptional views. Irish bar with cold drinks.
-
It's excellent base for visiting some must see attractions in Brighton.
The bathrooms are flooded.

Our stay was fab, thoroughly enjoyed satisfactory breakfasts.
Fairly clean, good value, respectful staff. The breakfast was included and had a good choice of meals. The staff created a pleasant atmosphere. Admirable service throughout our stay.

Just right and always clean place to stay in. Fairly clean room that was satisfactory too. Furthermore, I could visit west pier.
-
Prime location, original standard twin room. Hotel was always clean. It was a brilliant stay, you could leave a car nearby. Besides, it had fine internet, handy to surf the net.
-
It was useful base for travelling to Brighton, I was glad to stay there. I were recommended a restaurant. Very impressed with triple room...
-
More than clean property with friendly staff. I found Good Friends a short walk to the hotel where I had supper. Good breakfast and on time. I loved that they gave me superior room with a balcony. I used private parking nearby.

-

-

Central location - right by the sea and only 5 mins from Churchill Sq shopping centre. Quiet at night time.
One toilet for the whole floor of people approx. 20 Window wouldn't stay open broken sash cord No chairs to sit on in the room. No common room area to relax in

I liked the architecture of the hotel and that it was situated in the lovely (though surprisingly rundown) Regency Place which faces the sea. Our room had large windows that when opened you could easily walk onto the balcony overlooking the square.
The triple room (1 double & 1 single bed) we stayed in wasn't worth the rate we paid for it. The decor looked dated. The ridculous ensuite bathroom was nothing more than an enclosure in the corner of the room; no effort has been made to tile the area or upgrade the facilities - carpet in the bathroom! The continental breakfast selection was wasn't very appetising and quite poor in comparison with other small hotels I've stayed in.

- Breakfast was good. To have as much as one liked was very good. - WIFI - Staff was helpfull and cooperative
-
Good location - central to Royal Pavilion, pier
Unfortunately the shower plumbing blocked up after 1.5 showers and was unusable. For the next 2 hours staff unfortunately were in and out trying to unblock it unsuccessfully. The bathroom lacked soap holders / toilet roll holders, and generally below standard. A generous discount was given. Also there is no free parking and you need to avoid the homeless people sleeping in the council carpark.
